The Meowletter was founded by writer/artist Brian Jaime, one of the artists who makes up the creative collaboration known as The Purrrfect Gift. The main goal of this Zine is to promote, discuss, and learn about the independent lifestyle, creative thinking and expression, and small business.
The editors, experts, collaborators, writers, advertisers, and readers of this Zine are present becasue they have a strong desire to spread these principles to the online world at a Global level. We are constantly in search of artists, collaborators, entreprenuers, performers, educators, and writers who want to share their knowledge of the independent world with the rest of the online community (and the World). All of our contributors are artists, crafters, writers, and/or entertainers themselves. This gives our Zine a first hand approach because our contributors know what it is like to live this lifestyle everyday...they are doing it themselves and are sharing in the same triumphs and tribulations you are. As the cliché goes: "It takes one to know one..."
